What We Offer
Starter Packs
We offer two starter packs.
Starter Pack A: 1 bag of premix + 100 sticks
If you want to test out our batter to see if it is up to your standards this is the one for you.
Starter Pack B: 5 bags of premix + 500 sticks
If you want to test out the batter a few times as well as see your customers reactions this is the one for you.
Premix
We currently offer only one option at this time, which is one pallet (which is also our MOQ) this can be negotiated. One pallet of batter will be 100 bags which is equivalent to 100 batters.
Each batter can make from a range of 100-120 rice hotdogs depending on how well you can utilize it (meaning how well you can roll the hotdogs, the more skilled you are you can use the entire batter till the last drop you will be able to make about 120 rice hotdogs).
You can also use half a bag of premix to make half a batter if you do not sell rice hotdogs as your main items or for slower days.
Our premixes have a shelf life/expiration of 1 year from production date.
Cheese Block Cutter
The cheese block cutter allows you to cut up your mozzarella cheese blocks into equal parts with ease and with speed. It makes your task easier compared to having to hand cut them with a knife and preventing any unnecessary waste as well as uneven cuts.
Training
We offer in depth training for customers who are trying to start their own Korean rice hotdog brand/store (only if you will be using our premix)

We offer two different types of food grade bamboo sticks:

Rice Hotdog Frame
This is a frame/rice hotdog holder that will go on top of your fryer so you can fry your rice hotdogs. There will be clips attached so you can clip in your rice hotdogs that way they will be standing straight with the sticks sticking out from the oil.
